I maintained and updated different design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility. This involved refining UI components, improving documentation, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to streamline workflows.

In the peak of the COVID-19 crisis in the US, I helped design an innovative vaccination appointment tracking and finding system. At one point, this page generated more traffic than the GoodRx home page.

In order to assist users in finding the nearest CVS Minute ClinicTM and scheduling their appointment, I designed a tool that allows them to select their preferred date and time for nearly 100 services, including COVID-19 vaccinations.

Design of multiple page templates and page sections, enhancing the digital experience with flexible, user-friendly layouts. Focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency. Building intuitive interfaces in collaboration with cross-functional teams, I refine designs based on user needs and business goals.

The platform was redesigned and expanded so that a payment system and messaging system could be integrated. A messaging DSM was created since it required special components for live payment with users while chatting. Message templates and payment history databases were also required.

I created the client's DSM and designed all screens and graphics along with all necessary components. My responsibility was to extend the client's initial product design idea.

Designed to seamlessly integrate a variety of components and pre-designed building blocks, Composer is a comprehensive, intuitive, and highly customisable Design System.

Build Composer DSM documentation in a platform that would serve users as a point of information on everything related to the design system.

I was responsible for creating the information architecture for their product and the redesign of their DSM. I created a complete dashboard that included a messaging and billing system. In addition, I designed downloadable PDF reports with patient information.

A customized DSM was created to provide the operations department with quick and easy access to pre-designed building blocks so they could create pages faster.
